Holy Name Sports Booster Meet - Winter Sports Volunteers Needed

Monday, November 14th is our next general/open/team representative Athletic Booster meeting at 7PM in the athletic classroom.

 

As we head into the busiest time of year and greatest revenue generation period for the Athletic Boosters, looking for volunteers to staff the gate and concessions during  events in December through the beginning of March will be the main topic of discussion. Here is the event breakdown:

Girls BBall -  9 dates
Boys BBall - 10 dates
Wrestling - 3 dates
CYO BBall Saturdays - 14
CYO BBall Sundays - 12
Other - Alumni BBall ?? - 3

Volunteer needs

Volunteer Concession and gate staffing for GBBall, BBBall dates.
Volunteer Concession and gate staffing for Wrestling dates.
Volunteer Concession staffing for CYO BBall Saturday and Sunday dates
Site Supervisors for CYO BBall dates (4-6)
Scorekeepers, clockkeepers for CYO BBall dates
Volunteer Concession staffing for afterschool (help Therese)

Our first event is Friday, December 2, Boys BBall.

Our first CYO weekend is December 3rd and 4th. Less than a month away.
